Prices for 2008/2009

Double/twin ensuite 
£37 -  £49   per person per night.

Family ensuite
£88 -  £115  for 3/4 people

The full rate applies when children occupy their own room.
A cot is available on request.

Single
Normally charged at the full room rate less  - £15 per night.

A traditional Scottish breakfast and cold buffet table is included.

Deposits

A deposit of the first night is required as confirmation of booking.
Payment can be made either by credit card or by UK cheque. (most major credit cards accepted)

A confirmed booking means acceptance of conditions.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival means that 100% of the total room charge may apply if we are unable to re-let the accommodation.

A “no-show” will be charged the total rate.

We strongly recommend that our guests take out travel insurance.

Arrival Times

Rooms are available from 4pm (16.00hrs) on the day of arrival.
Earlier entry can normally be arranged on request.

If you wish to arrive later than 6:30pm (18.30hrs) please notify us, as rooms may be re let after this time especially in the busy season.
