A deposit is required as confirmation of booking as follows:- £50 per room for a stay of 2 nights, plus £25 per room per night for additional nights. The deposit is always refundable (less an admin charge) providing we can re-let. ABER VIEW COTTAGE - from £85 - £135 per night ( min 3 nights) A deposit of £100 is required and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. ABER VIEW APARTMENT - from £75 - £100 per night (min 2 nights) A deposit of 50% is required up to a max. of £100 and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
